The highest decision-making body composed of members who approve policies, elect the Board, and endorse strategic plans.

A democratically elected body responsible for policy implementation, oversight, and organizational direction.

A panel of experts providing technical guidance, strategic advice, and capacity-building support.
🔹 Management Team
Led by the Executive Director, this team oversees daily operations, program management, and staff supervision.

Grassroots committees ensure community participation, feedback, and local ownership in program planning and monitoring.

Hope Foundation is registered under Nepal’s District Administration Office and affiliated with the Social Welfare Council (SWC). We comply with Nepal’s Associations Registration Act (1977) and Social Welfare Act (1992), ensuring regular audits, reporting, and ethical governance practices in line with both national and international NGO standards.
