The program team includes technical specialists in health, education, livelihood, gender equality, protection, disaster response, and climate resilience. They are responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring evidence-based programs tailored to community needs. Their expertise ensures that our initiatives remain innovative, participatory, and sustainable.

Field Mobilizers & Volunteers

Our field mobilizers and volunteers are the bridge between the organization and the community. They work directly with local groups, support awareness campaigns, and ensure that marginalized voices are heard in decision-making processes. Their presence in the field enables real-time feedback, effective program delivery, and stronger community ownership.
